Walking: the Changes Album

A curated selection of poems from “Walking: the Changes”, read by the author, Linda M. Hasselstrom. Linda and James Parker sat together in Linda’s dining room one cold day last March and recorded these individual poems. Linda’s reading is powerful, adding another dimension to her evocative words. If you’ve read “Walking: the Changes”, you’ll enjoy hearing Linda read her own work. It’s a nice companion piece to the full book with the photographs. The album includes the following poems:

1. Wicca
2. Eulogy for Bhopal
3. Letter to Anne
4. On Her Deathbed
5. Things Worth Doing
6. Creed
7. The Woman Traveling With Me
8. Writing Poetry in the Garden
9. Prairie Choir
10. Adaptation
11. Walking: the Changes
12. I’m Going to Have to Buy Another Ham
13. Old Friends
14. Cooking Up Poetry in the Kitchen
15. Walmart Prayer
16. The Spellchecker Suggests
17. Women Talking
